AMAZING! Jani Kay has done it again!
I am a huge Jani Kay fan and love all her books. Jani's writing is unique and has her readers captivated from the beginning of every book. This book will have you fallen in love and not wanting to put it down until the end.
The Scorpio Stinger MC is an amazing series. I have fallen in love with the story-line and characters since the beginning. This book will have you thinking different of Harrison and have you fallen head over heels for the arrogant, cocky, broody cop.
I love that Jani Kay wrote a book that goes more in depth of the character of Harrison. She shows the more sensitive and compassionate side of this character. I was not a Harrison fan for most of this series, but after reading this book I have fallen in love with his character.
I highly recommend this book! Go grab your copy! You will fall in love with the amazing story of Harrison and Eva.

Never say never...

Harrison has been on my radar for a long time and I've been anxiously waiting to read his book. I admit that he's a jerk. He was on my blacklist...before I was introduced to his demons. Before I saw how much he loves his family, especially his sister Jade. He can't be all bad, right?
The story is told from multiple POV's so I was able to visit Harrison in hell. Honestly, the man doesn't need any enemies when he's already being tormented. Unfortunately, he's doing most of the tormenting himself. He's let the traumatic event from his past shape his future and it's kicking his ass. He's bitter and angry. On the good side of that, he's doing some serious damage to the felons, using his career as a cop to clean up the streets.
On the bad side, he's got some seriously messed up ideas about bikers and he has pre-judged Ryder. He has made his sister's life miserable by refusing to accept her decision to be with Ryder. His hate was so strong that he made some bad choices, that he regrets, that he can never undo.
And then, he meets Evie, Ryder's sister. She loves her brother and won't tolerate Harrison's bad behavior when they are all together. Wouldn't you know that when he finally meets a woman that rocks his world, she's attached to his enemy? There's just something about her. She sees him. The real him, not the side he shows everyone else. She brings out the silly and sexy side of him. He allows himself to relax and feel when he's with her. She's good for him, but is he good for her? She deserves better than what he has to offer. He's damaged, broken beyond repair. Will he let himself take a chance on more? Or, will he save her, from him?
I got more than I bargained for in TORMENTED. It was full of sexy surprises, dangerous deceit, party peep-shows, bitter betrayal, cocky chefs, pain & passion, and hot heroes.

Hot Broody Cop, Harrison & Eva!!!

I’ve wanted Harrison’s story since the first book when he was so protective over Jade, his sister and then upon learning of the devastation he faced as a young man, losing his pregnant girlfriend in a shooting because of a biker gang war and the dark broody. We got a taste of his story in book #2, Unchain My Heart, and I have wanted more!
Eva, Ryder’s long-lost older half-sister, thinks that she’s falling for Harrison, but knows that he doesn’t have it in him to give her more than just sex. So she just takes what he can give her. She wants more, and knows that her previous engagement to the senator wasn’t actually love, on either of their parts. She adores spending time getting to know Ryder better and spending time with Jade, both to talk to her about Harrison & escape him.
Ryder still doesn’t have much use for Harrison & only tolerates him for Jade’s benefit. Ryder knows it was an accident, but still somewhat blames Harrison for Jade’s miscarriage. Jade and Harrison haven’t spoken very often since she lost the baby. But Jade knows it was an accident and also doesn’t blame Harrison, but they haven’t been as close.
Harrison comes to realize that he needs to reach out to Jade and to be better for her, which also means coming to accept Ryder as her fiancée & father of her unborn twins. But also his relationship with Eva will also benefit if he makes nice with Ryder. Harrison also realizes that Eva is the one woman out there who has the ability to heal him. She is the only woman he wants and the only one who quiets the demons inside. He knows that he has to step up soon or risk losing her, whenever she decides that she’s tired of his crap.
Extreme events cause everyone to evaluate their lives and think about what and who is the most important to them. I’m already looking forward to more!! I love this series!
